    About

    Our Story

Nozuko is a DBL candidate with DaVinci Business School.

Nozuko has enjoyed working across a range of organizations. Her Coaching and HR consulting experience also spans an array of industries including mining, government, management consulting and chemicals. Nozuko has held different OE roles in her career at South African Revenue Services as an Organisational Effectiveness Specialist. Anglo American Platinum as a Transformation and Change Specialist and at Sasol as a Talent, Culture and Change Senior Specialist.

Nozuko has been at the executive table for more than twelve years, and she brings with her a wealth and depth of business expertise that is invaluable. She has also worked on and with EXCO teams and boards. Throughout her career, Nozuko oversaw organisational changes and expedited business plans by coordinating practices, culture, and people. Understanding that the regions of greatest leverage are frequently the least evident and aren't necessarily located at the source of the issue, Nozuko applies this systemic thinking to all her work (Senge, 1994). Working with leaders and their teams to unlock potential is Nozuko' s passion.

Her strengths-based, empirically grounded approach to coaching, teaming, and advising is built on the idea that one plus one equals three. Nozuko offers leaders a private sounding board so they may examine strategic and tactical problems, become more conscious of their assumptions and effects, and find original, long-lasting solutions for every situation. She ensures the overall effectiveness of organisations. Nozuko was hired by the Tshwane University of Technology to coach students studying entrepreneurship. Nozuko came to the realisation that it was time to start her own practice while on this coaching adventure. She was certain that her calling was to assist others in realising their full potential after hearing from the students about the transformations they went through during their coaching journey.

    COACHING STYLE

My coaching model “the mirror of awakening” is about coaching a whole being’s mind, body, and spirit. In so doing I make use of transformational coaching approach wherein I focus on enabling self-actualization. I dive deep into an individual’s psyche, focusing on who that person is and desires to become. I make use on an ontological approach because it is about being rather than doing.
